Annual Financial Certification
The University of Kansas prepares annual financial statements subject to audit as an agency of the State of Kansas. Additionally, the Chancellor and the University's chief financial officer certify the accuracy and completeness of the statements to the Kansas Board of Regents. To support their certifications, we request individuals with significant operational and financial responsibilities to make certain representations and disclosures related to their respective areas that are collected through our annual financial certification process.
