My colleague and friend, Bill O 'Donnell (Indiana University Financial guru) taught me this model of Leadership - Emphasizing the truth that organization performance - success - rises and falls based on leadership. It's an attitude thing!



The Management Model looks a little different - subtle - more activity based - and a true winner because it emphasizes a favorite principle: Focus on the Fundamentals!
